Shipping is free on all Orders over £100. Under £100 Shipping starts from £3.95.

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items will be inspected upon return and MUST be in original condition. Socks / Tights and Hair Accessories must be unopened. Items must be returned unused with all original packaging and must not have been worn, or show evidence of being worn. Unless found faulty, we will refund the item value excluding the original postage charges on receipt.

Please note that you are responsible for returns. We would recommend any returns over £50 have tracked delivery as we are not responsible if anything were to happen to these goods.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

After receiving your returned goods and they have been found unworn, refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the account of the corresponding transaction whether you paid by credit card or via PayPal. Please allow for an additional couple of days for your bank to process this.If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Please note, we only refund the original payment method. So if you want to return a gift that was bought to you, we cannot refund you however we can credit you the amount onto a Gift Card.
